Joly's become not entirely sure the Picard personality was a simple hallucination. Lesgle understood some of the communications technology. And Lesgle's not stupid, and Joly talks about these things, but...still. "Picard" understood some concepts, or seemed to, that Joly's pretty sure he himself doesn't understand. "Hallucination" doesn't cover that.
